Shipping Policy

Royal Mail is our trusted courier of choice as they can provide signed deliveries to settle any disputes.

Items under 1KG £2.99 (48 hour signed)

Items over 1KG £4.99 (48 hour signed)

We send our products in clouded ziplock bags that can be reused when travelling, the perfect bag to store and protect items of clothing while away. These bags are then placed inside poly mailer bags before being sent to customers.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope that you're happy with your CWB items but if you're not you can return items up to 30 days after the initial purchase. The items must come back as they were received with all labels and packaging included.

Our exchange policy is also 30 days after initial purchase and the item must be received back to us before we post out another garment.

Terms and conditions include that the item hasn't been worn, washed or damaged since purchase and that it comes back to us with all existing labels and packaging.
